Optimization Theory Of The Network Planning Based On Five Float Time Parameters

The optimization technique of the network planning can not onlysave the plan working hours, improve rationality indecision-making,but bring economical benefit in practice. A newmethod is advanced based on five float time parameters and the theoremof path length. It adopts the advanced and mature optimizationtechnique of network planning, which perfects the optimizationtheory. The comprehension about two new time parameter isdiagrammatized; a new algorithm about the problem for finding theoptimal ternary ordered chain from four parallel workingprocedures and adjusting four row parallel chain to two pairsoptimal ordered long-chain is designed and presented; originalscheme should be late beginning time scheme, the working proceduresshould be moved from right to left.
