During the new period, the North-south contradiction becomes the chief contradiction.The status and function of the developing Country in the international relation appear somenew changes. After the Clod-war finished, the developing Country grows up, and becomes thelooting object for the various international forces. The strengthening research on the policy ofChina to the developing country helps to solidify and develop the traditional amity relation ofthe developing country, and has the important academic and practical value for China'speaceful rise. Now days, the whole research on the diplomatic policy of the developingcountry gets behind the individual research on the chief developing country. This dissertationreviews the history of policy of the developing country and researches the experience anderrors in the policy's adjusting and actualizing in order to provide the academic inference forperfecting the policy of the developing country in the future, and makes a foundation for mein the academic research. This dissertation discusses China's policy of the developing country form three aspectsin the new period. Firstly, by the historical analytic method, I analyze contrastively and recountsynthetically the policy of our country to the developing country in order to emphasize thepolicy's continuity from the angle of the diplomatic historiography. Secondly, by the synthesizing analytic method, I review the China's policy of thedeveloping country in the new period, and recount synthetically the content and theactualizing state of the policy's adjusting through the subjective and objective factor of thepolicy's adjusting. Thirdly, by demonstrational analytic method, I objective analyze the difference betweenthe policy and diplomatic practice, and put forward four advices for perfecting the policy ofthe developing country in the future. Lastly, I give the conclusion that the policy of China to the developing country is in thestate of adjusting and changing ceaselessly. The policy's unchanged character is firmness andactuality, and Its basic function matter is the multilateral diplomacy andOmni-directional diplomacy, and Its unchanged aim is to establish the justicial and rationalinternational system.
