| Finance is the center of modern economy, with banks at the core of the finance system. The state-run commercial bank is playing an important role in our country's economical operation and social stability. The serious non-performing assets problem of state-run commercial bank becomes an important hidden danger of financial security of our country and economic stability day by day. The reform and practice for many years proved that the main inducement that the non-performing asset of state-run commercial bank turns into is the system factor. So set up a reasonable system to control non-performing will have a significant and realistic meaning. In this paper, We started from the analysis of the origin cause of the non-performing assets of state-run commercial, and then in contrast with developed market economy country relevant system, the paper have put forward countermeasure and suggestion that our country takes precautions against the system of non-performing assets of state-run commercial bank of perfecting. The full paper has four major parts altogether: The first part: To the foundations of the non-performing assets and system innovation of the non-performing assets, put forward the meaning, content and meaning of taking precautions against system innovation of non-performing assets of state-run commercial bank of our country. The second part: According to non-performing assets current situation of state-run commercial bank of our country, analysis the system origin cause of state-run commercial bank non-performing assets. The third part: On the basis of drawing lessons from national non-performing assets control system of foreign market economy, propose external experience to the enlightenment perfecting the system of current non-performing assets control system of our country. The fourth part: On the foundation of the analysis on the above parts, put forward the thinking and countermeasure of perfecting the non-performing assets control system of our country.
