In the process of researching, the writer points out the development condition of our country current asset of hydropower and some problems existed in the development process basing on the condition of our country's hydropower resources. Because the valuation of asset of hydropower is the premise to realize the value of asset of hydropower, the writer gives some explanation to how to check the value of the asset of hydropower and the theory about that. After that, the writer puts forward key researching points in the thesis, the value realization of asset of hydropower.The way to how to realize the value of asset of hydropower is the most important point in the thesis. In this thesis, the writer gives some way about how to do that, the first one is the asset of hydropower item financing, including ABS and TOT, the second one is operating leases and financial leases , the third one is conversion of asset of hydropower into state shares and establishing a stock company, seeking financing by listing on the stock market if the chance is coming . At last, the whole thesis is summarized and the prospect is advanced.
