Empirical Research Of Influencing Capital Structure Factors In Chinese Agricultural Listed Companies

Agricultural economy is a basic department of our national economy,and the agricultural listed company is the representative of advanced agricultural productivity,and it is a direction of agricultural economic development.So,this paper regards agricultural listed company as the research object, carrying on empirical research on capital structure influencing factors of listed company of our country.In this way,we can improve company's value, offer reference for the sustainable development of the agricultural listed company.This paper is divided into five parts.The first one is the introduction, putting forward the research purpose, surveying domestic and international relevant documents and materials,confirming the technological route and main research contents finally.The second one carries on more comprehensive commentary on capital structure theory, regarding time as the coordinate axle, from " structure theory of the early capital, modern capital structure theory and capital structure theory new development" .The third one introduces the basic state and current situation of agricultural listed company with analyzing state of the assets, stock right characteristic, debt characteristic, and the management state.The fourth part is the empirical research on the capital structure influence factors. Having received the following research conclusion: The relation of company's scale,structure of the assets and business risk to capital structure is positive correlation, the growth,earning capacity to capital structure is shouldered relevant. The mainly influence factors are company' scale,structure of the assets and business risk.In the last part we carry on the further explanation to the conclusion of the model, and we have got the following enlightenment:strengthening the supervision and encouraging the listing management teams of agricultural listed company;paying attention to the science decision of the structure of the capital;taking measures to ensure the agricultural listed company manage effectively.
