Study On Countermeasures Of The Development Of The General Contracting Enterprise

The demands for the general contracting enterprises are analyzed by western economics theory, including demand of the development of construction, demand of the development of the building enterprises, demand of the owner and demand for project appreciation. These demands are the inherent motive force that promotes the development of the general contracting enterprise of the project. Some questions are analysed in the development of the general contracting enterprise of project of our country, including that there are obstacles when the general contracting enterprise of the project sets up; the external environment condition that enterprises develop is not perfected, for example that the laws and regulations are not perfected, the subcontracting mechanism is not perfected, the owner does not admit general contracting, the social credit of building market is lacked etc. According to above-mentioned problems, the countermeasures about the development of the general contracting enterprise of the project are studied. First of all, the cultivation measures of the general contracting enterprise of the project are studied, including that the government strengthens market supervisions; the building market perfects the credit mechanism; the employer's organization plays a harmony role and the market set up the many kinds of ways that the general contracting enterprises of the project set up. Finally, the elements are analyzed that compose key competitiveness of general contracting enterprise of project, and the development countermeasures about the key competitiveness of the general contracting enterprise of the project are proposed, including to set up the management system of the general contracting project, to strengthen technological innovation ability and to implement human resources strategy.
