With the development and compete of appliance chains enterprise day by day fierce today fast in economy, enterprises should pay attention to meet customer's demand further. So, the customer has become criterion basically of the appliance chains enterprise activity satisfied. The core that the appliance chains enterprise manages is how to know the market clearly, meet customer's demand, improve customer satisfaction, and create customer's loyalty, so as to win long-term development and competition advantage. With the development of appliance chains enterprise, a lot of questions exist in gaining customer's satisfied and getting the long-term customer etc. in it. For this reason, appliance chains enterprise must make and implement a series of marketing strategy not to improve his customer satisfaction feasible.Through combine customer satisfied theory and consumer behavior theory is satisfied to probe into customer in theory , marketing strategy, customer behavior, customer delivered value and customer satisfaction four getting related in this text, have established the theoretical foundation for the formulation of the marketing strategy.The customer's satisfaction problem of the appliance chains enterprise is the key. So through use ripe customer satisfaction test and assessment system satisfied with investigation of going on to customer , appliance chains enterprise in this text, has made the analysis on real example, has established practice foundation for the formulation of the marketing strategy.Finally, through method that theory combines practice to construct new marketing strategy in order to raise appliance chains enterprise customer satisfaction.
