Rescarch On The Encouraging Problem Of Huhhot Chemical Company

Huhhot chemical Co. (the former Huhhot Oil Refinery ) is a state dominated large size refinery. 12 years since the foundation, the appearing of encouraging system, developed in the process of researching, has been very significent for accomplishing the strategy of setting up a "high level, high efficency, and sustained development company". But the the fuction of the encouraging system is not enough yet as the company has not made sufficent detail research in the encouraging system, due to the lack of a scaled system , or the encouraging system has not been the important part of the enterprise's management. Through a complete visit to Huhhot chemical co., the author focus on the research on the work of the personnel department of the factory , consulting the information of encouraging system since the founding of the Co. finding the weakness of it through analysing and summarizing and trying to make a effective encouraging plan combining the practical situation which make a profit attemption for the company's setting up a scientific and effective encouraging sustem, accomplishing the personnel increasing company's strategy. The thesis is divided into five parts, by appraising the encouraging system of the company, the author pointed out the problems existed in the company, put forth the relevent theory of setting up the encouraging system, and designed an effective encouraging plan for the company. The conclusion goes: Huhhot chemical company must take humman as the important, set up a scientific encouraging system, in order to succeed in the market competation, which will make the company to be the platform for workers and staffs to give full play to their personnel ability and accomplish their private ideal and will ensure the sustainable development of the company.
