The Strategy Of Development Of Western Regions And Economic Development Of Henan Province

The unbalanced development of the regional economy is an outstanding problem that various countries face together. The levels of development of regional economy are greatly different in different regions in our country as a result of the different economic factors which different regions possess ,such as development history,resources distribution,average income per person and so on. China had recorded an all-round, rapid economic growth in the last 20 years of the 20th century,but the development of the regional economy is unbalanced. Henan Province,in the middle of chain,the economic development is relatively slow. In carrying out the massive development of the western regions,the state gives the policy and the financial resource support to the western regions;The western regions have a good development opportunity. At beginning of implementation the policy of the economic reform and opening to the outside world, the state had given the policy and the financial resource support to the eastern regions,the economy of eastern regions has experienced a quick development. Economic development of Henan province is facing a stern situation. This essay,guided by regional economy theory of Deng Xiao ping,attempts to seek in the new situation the measures of economic development of Henan province,through analyzing the evolution of strategy of region economy development and using advanced experience of regional economic development of other countries for reference and integrating the present situation of regional economic development of our country.
