Inner-Party democracy is the soul of the Party and plays an important,exemplary and leading role in people's democracy.It's one of the important parts of the theory of Marxist Party Building and the Theory of Proletariat Political Power.It's theoretically and practically meaningful to inform the research and resolve the tasks.The report of the 17thNational Congress of the CPC points out,"Expand intra-Party democracy and focus on enhancing the Party's solidarity and unity". which is the scientific conclusion that the CPC has got from historical experience,and also a further deepened understanding of the ruling law of the Communist Party by the CPC.This paper is with the topic that the new contribution of 17thNational Congress of the CPC on expanding the Inner-Party Democracy.
