On The Perfection Of Family Planning Legislation In China

With the implementation of family planning in China of over thirty years, certain results have been achieved that family planning system has been established by law and people have reproductive rights to get the confirmation and degree of security. However, as time went by, some of the population problems have arisen gradually and some of the laws and regulations of family planning have also begun to present, which could not fully adapt to today's social development. In reality, many people do not know much about the laws and regulations of family planning and some people still understand it as giving birth to only one child. On the contrary, other people still have a strong will to give birth to more than one child, inevitably causing the conflict between childbirth and family planning. The writer has engaged in population and family planning for more than seven years, and has accumulated some research information and experience. Through this research, he intends to raise some relevant legislative proposals to improve family planning with the hope that the whole society is based on laws, the reproductive rights of citizens'are guaranteed, and childbirth is guided and regulated reasonably. Therefore, the problems facing China's population can be solved, which will promote population, economic and social coordination and sustainable development.
