The Qing Dynasty is the last feudal dynasty in Chinese history. It founded the final prosperous time named"Kang-Qian prosperous times"which belonged to the feudal crowned head centralization despotic system. Corresponds with it, the thought control is also the greatest collection of former generation in earlier period of the Qing Dynasty. Besides the literary inquisition, the rulers of the Qing Dynasty adopted all sorts of legal system and legal means regarded as"the kingly way"by Confucianists. With the imperial civil service examination system and the educational system, they fettered intellectual's brains and realized the commendation politicization by the testimonial conferred by the emperor to the honor deseased system. On the other hand, they esteemed the Cheng Zhu Neo-Confucianism by utilizing state power and drawing support from the folk custom, carried out it to the entire society and established the country ideology. At the same time ,they practiced lcultural despotism. The thought control of the Qing Dynasty produced positive effect on regime confirmation and maintenance of king's peace in earlier peoriod. However, their overcorrecting made China to pay the heavy price and leaved behind profound historical lessons for the later generations.
