| Nowadays, officials'drive is one topic which receives much attention. More and more scholars have conducted the research to it, also advanced many theories. As a district under an city, officials'highest-level maybe place duty, generally the official is the branch duty or below the position, the basic unit officials'characteristic has decided its unique community characteristic and the drive difficult position.The article adopts the research to some young officials in a district of the Southern Jiangsu. Using empirical analysis and other methods, it analyzes current young official incentive mechanism existence problems. The article proposes that regarding young officials'drive, the salary, the promotion, the inspection, the rewards and punishment as well as the training should be paid most attention to. On the salary aspect, the sunlight wage payment system should be completed, egalitarianism's wage system does not play the drive role, and instead it will reduce the young officials'degree of satisfaction. On the promotion aspect, the fair promotion environment should be created to give the young officials a competition opportunity and space of promotion. On the inspection aspect, we should pay great attention to the scientific inspection, and create a fair inspection environment. On the rewards and punishment aspect, the spiritual rewards must be combined with the material rewards, and the moderate negative drive should also be paid attention to. On the training aspect, young officials'in-service education must be supported powerfully. |
