The Path Analysis Of Constructing Rural Grass-roots Accountability System

The democracy at the grassroots level which implements in the Chinese countryside is take the pure democracy as the main democratic way, the villagers participation directly manages the countryside the social affair, participation elects the village head the political activity. Pure democracy's realization guarantees the countryside stable root. Especially in current "the township politics village governs" under the premise, the village-level cadre becomes the village government the main body, grasps in the village many social resource. Because the authority is not transparent, in lacks the active oversight way in the situation, because the village-level cadre the current Chinese countryside reforming change seeks. The village-level cadre's problem of corruption becomes the key aspect which the current restriction village further develops.
