Vietnam Communist Party's Theory Of Strengthening Self-construction And The Research Of Practice Since The Sixth People's Congress

Vietnam Communist Party was built in 1930,and it was renamedIndochinese Communist Party on October of the same year.Due to thehistorical reasons,Vietnam had suffered the colonial rule of Western invasionandledtheVietnamesepeopletocarryonthearduousrevolutionarystruggle.In1951, this party changed its name to the Vietnamese Labor Party.Then, theSocialist Republic of Vietnam was established in 1975,and at the FourthPeople's Congress of 1976, the party's name was formally changed into theCommunist Party of Vietnam.â‘ But to some extend,Vietnam's political andeconomic system being not utterly perfect restricted its development ofsocialistconstruction,whichresultedinthedomesticcrisis-ridden,especiallytheproblems of ideology,style and other aspects appeared in the Vietnameseparty.These problems once made Vietnam become one of most corruptcountries in the world.In such a grim situation,Vietnam Communist Partystressed the importances of enhancing constantly the Party'sself-construction,improving the Party's fighting capacity ,and creating a real"erve the people"party at the Sixth People's Congress held in 1986.Since 20years,Vietnam has intensified the Party's building from the aspects ofideology,organization,institution,style,etc.Vietnamese Communist Party hadbecome a truly outstanding proletarian party to service the people in the pastlittle time for twenty years, and obtained the attention of internationalcommunity.Vietnam and China are both socialist countries and ProletarianParty in Power,so studying the move to strengthen self-construction of theVietnamese Communist Party since the Sixth People's Congress is greatlysignificative for completing the construction of theChinese CommunistParty.Itssuccessisreferentialexperience.
