Research On The Commutation System Of China

Commutation of sentence which plays an key role in the transformation of the criminal is an important system of enforcement of punishment as well as the commonest legal encouraging measure.However,in current criminal practice,commutation system also needs to be optimized furtherly in many ways. By analyzing general theory on commutation system and concentrating on its defects and suggestion of pefection,this paper tries to put forward some iedas for enhancing the efficiency of the judicial operation to achieve the gogal of penalty.This paper consists four parts:First part:outline of commutation system.Second part:reading of current commutation system of our country.The third part:defects of current commutation system of our country.The fourth part:suggestions of pefection for the cummutation system.
