The Study On The Analysis Of The Criminal Actions Of Minors And The Judicial Protections

Since 20th century around the world, the rate of minor's crimes is increasing, which had been the social focus by various states. With the development of the society and economy in China, the problem of minor's crimes becomes the serious issue, especially as the many negatives factors effects which is show the low-aged, the multi-ways, the violations, the organization that increase the trends of these crimes. And the minor's immature minds could not shape the correct, healthy life values and values as the self-factors but the most important one is that the society do not provide an active and perfect sound environment to promote the minor turn their life to crimes and the serious results that not only hurts the self-growth and development of minors but also damages the social harmony and sustained development. Therefore, we propose to establish the abolishment of ex-crimes records system with the conditions from the perspective of the exoneration and probation of the minors in order to construct a set of perfect and systematical judicial protection for the minor's crimes with the great practical and theoretical meanings.
