Sunan Economic Development Zone Floating Fopulation Administration System Research

With the deepening of the reform and opening to the outside world and the rapid development of market economy, floating population of Suntan economic development zone have made great contributions to the city construction, but the increasing migrant people also give great pressure to the management of the government. How to adapt to the demands of the new situation, improve the social management function, enhance the standard of public service, and promote the urban floating population administration system reform is one of the most significant issues that Suntan economic administration committee facing up with.Starting with the current overall management system of the floating population of Sunan economic administration committees and with Wujiang Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu province as an concrete example, this thesis, analyzing the present single, preventing management mode which constrains the floating population administration, is to explore the transformation of the controlled management mode to the service-oriented type. The five chapters of this thesis are divided as follows:The first and the second chapters describe the aim, significance and methods of the floating people management and define some core concepts and theories. The third and the fourth chapters analyze the status and characteristics; reveal the existing problems and causes of the current management system of Sunan economic development zone. The fifth and the sixth chapters proposes the service-oriented management type and its corresponding content and strategy.
