Has been influenced by traditional thinking, on the corruption conviction of crime is too much emphasis on the importance of the sentence imposed is not so important. Into the new century, China's national conditions had big changes, rapid Fazhan socio-economic, rule of law in the process of deep and people's of the rule of law and an overall higher awareness especially against Corruption in increasingly grim, the community anti-corruption results so not satisfied, we need to analyze corruption cases, sentencing results, assess their impact on the prevention of corruption and social impacts. How to implement standardized sentencing is legal theorists around the world and judicial challenges facing practitioners in China's distinctive judicial and social environment, balance the requirements of the sentence is more urgent. More and more experts and scholars turned to study sentencing issues, judicial practice has started to pay attention and to demonstrate how to implement standardized sentencing, and many research papers on sentencing issues, works one after another, setting off a small peak of sentencing issues. As a judge in criminal trials, is deeply felt by the corruption problem in criminal sentencing, through empirical analysis method revealed, explore the causes of its measures, and ultimately balanced sentencing corruption cases.This paper is divided into five parts; namely, the introduction chapter, the main article about the origin and cause of writing, the second sentence of Chapter evidence from criminal corruption case, analyzing the characteristics of such cases, problems and causes, the third chapter corruption and bribery cases, the need for standardization of sentencing, the fourth chapter to talk about corruption and bribery cases, the concept of standardized sentencing, the fifth part of the conclusion.
