Government informatization construction is one development direction of the contemporary administration construction. E-government has very important significance to improve Government efficiency, publicize government affairs, improve the government service and reform the political system, etc.E-government forum as an important part of the E-government arouse social concerns increasingly.The establishing of E-government Forum by the government is advantageous to the effective communication between the public and government, which provides a convenient approach for the public to express their views, offer advice and suggestions, enhance the transparency of government affairs. E-government Forum also plays a positive role to help the public execute the supervision. Therefore, the construction of e-government forum has great practical significance to protect the citizens' to protect the citizens' participation mechanisms,comprehend the public opinion, and perfect the government's public management functions.This thesis begins with the theory of construction of the province e-government forum. On the basis of studying as said or narrated above, this part aims at the problems that shows in the management of the local gov-business forum and issues to give some related suggestions.E-government is a huge and complex research topic. E-government forum as is a special network form that not only has the basic characteristics of online forums, also is embodied as a special form of e-vector. Therefore, this dissertation makes e-government forum as an entry point to further study the disciplines of e-government forum in its construction and development. This article seeks to explain clearly the below core issue:During the blooming development of e-government, how to correctly understand new content and meaning of the construction of government information, as well as how to understand and resolve the new problems that are encountered in the administrative modernization.
