The Discussion About How To Protect The Rights And Interests Of The Staffs In The Reformation Of State Owned Enterprise Using The Case Of Jilin "tong Gang Events" As An Example

As the reformation of state owned enterprise deepen,the questions around how to ensure the rights and interests of the staffs are more remarkable.In the reformation some enterprise didn't follow the county lows and plicies of performing the democr-acy process,leading the loss of state assets and damaging the the rights and interests of the staffs,even causing mass disturbances which are harmful to the economic development and social stability.The reformation of state owned enterprise is the only way which must be passed in the promoting of market economy,the intent of reformation is to enhancing the energy of the enterprise and making good benifit of the staffs.In the process of reformation,how to make the scheme scientfic and retional and ensure the rights and interests of the staffs is going to be a important problem.Only the guarantee of the staffs ,can the enterprise be in good development.The socialism will develop quickly and placidly.We must protect the rights and interests of the staffs in the reformation of state owned enterprise. Although a series of laws and policys to protect the rights and interests of the staff was published,but it was not put into force very well in some places.The case of Tonggang is typical.This papers will analyse the case of Tonggang by using the theory and practice in the reformation of state owned enterprise to reveal the questions and problems about the staffs' rights and interests,investigate the present situation of the protection of the rights and interests of the staffs in the reformation,find the problems,conclud the regularity,use the experience of other countries for reference,and then give the countermeasures and suggestions.So far the investigation of the problem usually use the macro-analysis,but rarely micro-analysis.This papers's innovation is that taking the case of Tonggang as an example to analyse the problems of the rights and interests of the staffs in the reformation in the system way.All the countermeasures and suggestions mentioned in the papers will be available in protecting the rights and interests of the staffs in the reformation of state owned enterprise.
