On the bases of studying the background of new type rural community construction, according to the idea of from individual to general, first analyses the overall situation and phased characteristics of rural community construction in China, then analyses three typical cases of new type rural community construction in Shandong province. The fifth part is The solutions and suggestions for strengthening and improving the new type rural community construction.
