Some Problems And Improvement On Services Dispatching

Dispatch services are emerging in China's labor allocation patterns. As a complement to formal employment, it is bound to produce all kinds of unfair labor practices. Many scholars and legislators of labor relations having been done a lot of exploration and practices for the effective use of dispatch and to avoid the social risks.This paper is divided into three parts:It is introduced the concept and characteristics of services dispatch, the differences between dispatch and related services employment agency, export of labor services, China's "Labor Contract Law" on the dispatch of the relevant legislation in the first part.It is analyzed the typical labor dispatching problems in the second part.
