In the long history of Chinese society, women as a gender in the world's major party, made a contribution to the accumulation of social wealth and the history of evolution. Qing Dynasty is the China's last feudal dynasty. In the Qing Dynasty, monarchy constantly strengthened, feudal economy recovered and developed quickly, and the policy of protecting the privileges of the Manchu ran through the time. In the context of this unique era, studying the situation of women of Qing Dynasty can not only make a summary of the previous women's issues, but also be help to our systematic study of the modern women.Recalling the academic research on women of Qing Dynasty, many scholars were interested in the original life and historical role of them, and emerged a number of masterpieces, but the works of specializing in the legal status of women of Qing Dynasty are seldom, the study is not depth enough and the systems is not systematic. In such academic research background, this article which is on basis of collecting extensive historical materials and absorbing the previous studies, trying to study the civil rights of women of Qing Dynasty from the legal system level and the real-life level, in order to restore the civil legal status of women of Qing Dynasty.Firstly, this paper examines the social status of women in the Qing Dynasty. Secondly, the paper discusses the different property rights of women through their changing roles of "as a daughter", "as a wife", "as a mother". Followed by their personal rights were investigated, the paper makes a summary of the features of their civil legal status. These are: because state law and local rules conflict with the reconciliation, the civil legal status in the legal provisions and the social reality are different; because of the "Banner System", the Manchu women have more civil rights than Chinese women; under the influence of ethical ideology such as "Filial piety", "respect for seniority", mothers have a higher status of civil law than daughters and wives; because of developing of the regional economic and weakening of the traditional philosophy, women in some areas have more civil rights.
