Designing And Realization Of Special Industry Public Security Management Information System

Special industry refers to the general name for the particular industry in the field of commercial services, some of which will be easily made use of to do some illegal criminal activities and therefore will be managed by the public security organs according to relevant state regulations. Nowadays, some professions for example hotel industry, secondhand goods industry, pawnbroking industry, seals industry and the printing industry have been included in the special industry. The special industry has been the focus industry that requires vital management by the relevant departments of the public security, and it is also the important fronts for the public security organs to prevent,control,discover and crack down on crimes.The human resources management in our relevant departments is limited, and it fails to live up to the requirements of social development. Nowadays, we need more modern, convenient, effective and rapid measures to help the public security departments to manage to special industry effectively. According to these demands, we developed the public security management information system.The paper gives us an introduction of the backgrounds of the social demands and the application states about the Special industry public security management information system. The Special industry public security management information system uses the B/S structure, which is developed by ASP.NET and C#. In the paper, some key technologies which is applied in our system including the .NET platform, ASP. NET technology, AdO. NET technology and the basic theories of Oracle database are put into analyses. The construction of the system is based on the principals of practicality, safety and operability, and it also pays much attention to the security protection of some information data. The main contents of this paper include the analysis of system requirements, and the design of the system function. In the design stage, it mainly introduces the system structure, use cases, network topology structure, function structure, management process and entity graph, etc. And it introduces the system function module composition and function in detail, and put some functions into realizations. In the last part of the paper some testing process and results of the system is introduced. And it comes to the summary and prospect about the system.This paper finally realizes the basic function of the system, but there are still many disadvantages and shortcomings which need to be improved.
