Along with the development of modern democracy and the strengthening of public administration, People pay more attention to the government information publicity which the public financial information publicity is very important part. In the background of economic globalization, fiscal transparencies became a common concern for government; public finance information publicity is in the sight of people.The government public financial information publicity relates not only a national democratic political development level and honest government construction, more directly related to the citizens of democratic rights and interests of maintenance. The public financial information refers to the social resources was be used by the governments, focus for the market to provide public products and services to meet the needs of social public distribution activities or economic behavior of information. At present, laws about the government information publicity exemption are unreasonable, enumerated the exempted information is generalized, which is against the principle of law. Therefore, the special government public financial information publicity provisions of law will express list of items shall open. Secondly, solving the main problems of the government public financial information publicity, the government shall the public financial information at least include budget information, the assets and liabilities information and the governments at all levels of consolidated financial status, etc. Content are more understanding,Perfect accountability mechanism and strengthen external audit supervision, timely and accurate information publicity audit.
