Study On The Perfection Of The Divorce Proceedings In China

The theoretical study on the divorce proceedings in China is started. While the legislation does not distinguish between the normal litigation and the divorce case so that the divorce case can't be handled by the appropriate proceedings. Therefore, considering the divorce proceeding has its own special reasons, the writer would like to, based on the study of the relevant legislation of foreign countries and the application of the sociological approach, launch the comprehensive study on divorce proceedings in China. In the end, the writer hopes to raise some legislation suggestions on the perfection of the divorce proceedings in China, based on the analysis of the conception of the divorce litigation system settings and the procedure reasons.
