| Agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics is the inevitable choice for China's agricultural development. Agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics lays the economic foundation for Peasants'Ideological and Political Education. Peasants'Ideological and Political Education is the leading in agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, is an insurance of it, and provide motivation and intellectual support for it.The Chinese Communist Party has been attaching great importance to the Ideological and Political Education, and has formed an excellent tradition and work style. The Party's Ideological and Political Education had played an enormous role. But as the developing of rural basic management system and socialist market economy, society's tremendous changes bring real and ideological conflict. Now the peasants are scattered, mobile and activated, so the Peasants'Ideological and Political Education are facing tremendous challenges. It is not accommodated agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. The current problems with Peasants'Ideological and Political Education are mainly:the absence of the subject of education, untargeted educational content, single educational carrier, simple and crude methods of education and so on. These issues affect the farmers to understand agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics clearly and play the role as the main body, and affect their enthusiasm and the realization of their quality modernization.Therefore, we need to further strengthen the theory and practice of Peasants' Ideological and Political Education, in order to adapt to the innovation of agricultural modernization construction with Chinese characteristics. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:to strengthen the team building, enrich education content, innovate education carrier to improve farmers'ideological and political education efficiency, to integrate education method.
