On The Application Of Bona Fide Acquisition Of Real Estate In Our Country

The item 106 of "Property Law" clearly regulates that bona fide acquisition includes chattel and real estate, thus ending the argument in theoretical circle about whether the real estate can be applied to bona fide acquisition. But there are a lot of problems arising in practice because of the various cases and theoretical basis of decisions, which has serious impact on the effectiveness and the trial justice. The above facts reflect that there are different understandings of bona fide acquisition of real estate in judicial circle, which contributes to judicial confusion to some extent.
