With the increasing cross connection between legal studies, more and more legal scholars and actual practicers are no longer just focused on their own fields. On account of it's complication, spouse properties often comes across different legal fields. There is quite much space for legislation as well as our consideration and discussion when it comes to shareholding rights which are complex ones including property rights.The dissertation discusses the matters about Spouse Properties and shareholding rights. And then it, according four aspects of spouse property relationship, discusses handling of shareholding problems, finally it brings up suggestions and thoughts about improvements of spouse property system.In the first chapter of the dissertation-Spouse Property System, the author introduces concepts, characteristics and classifications of our current spouse property system. He sets up a framework of it while combing its regular handling principles. And then, he intends to carry a thorough discussion without missing any important issue.In the second chapter of the dissertation-Shareholding Problems in Relationship to Spouse Properties, the author, first of all, analyses concepts, nature, classification and contents of shareholding rights which are the basics of discussion later. The author brings up a series of issues concerning cross application between spouse property relationship and shareholding problems and discusses inner conflicts between values which need to be settled in the discussion later. In the third to sixth chapter of the dissertation, the author discusses handling of shareholding problems in identifying spouse common properties, identifying spouse common debts, disposing and remedying spouse common properties and dividing spouse common properties and debts. The discussion is based on the current laws in reference to judicial interpretations. The author intends to deduce a fair and reasonable disposal from regular legal principles and to reflect confirmation of conclusions.In the last chapter of the dissertation-thoughts and legislative proposals, the author makes suggestions about perfecting the laws of marriage property systems. On account of the authors limits, some suggestions are abstract and the others are concrete. However all the suggestions are derived from daily practices of the author, who, here tossing out a brick to attract jade, is hoping to inspire other legal professionals.
