At the present academic circle, the ruling resources are the front newtask in part of the incumbent party construction. The study of MaoZedong's approach to the resources controlled by the Party not onlyexplores the Communist Party of China being in power rule the intrinsicrequest, but also carries out " the central committee of the CCP about tostrengthen party's ruling ability construction decision". At the same time,it is also the comprehensive advancement party's construction new greatproject urgent need, and the party's ruling status choice inevitably.According to The 17 National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the two-dimensional analysis method ,the theory studies MaoZedong's approach to the resources controlled by the Party from fourparts. In the part of the political resources, we should master firmly the political power, and take seriously to strengthen the political powerconstruction as well as the organization to construct. In the part of theeconomic resources, we should pay attention to the development of theproductive forces, the science and technology. Meanwhile,we shouldpropose the industrialization development path and the opening to theoutside world thought. In the part of the cultural resources , we shouldstrengthen the ideology education, establish the Marxismguiding position,and take the culture resource development use, then propose theprosperous culture and education basic policy. In the part of the socialresources , we should coordinate each kind of social relations, take thesocial strength conformity and maintain social stability. All theseexperience not only enhance the construction of the Communist Party ofChina, but also sharpen the party's ruling ability.
