Local administrative service center is a new product in the process of administrative examination and approval system reform. The fundamental purpose of the establishment of local administrative service center is to explore an effective way to solve the problem in the traditional mode of administrative examination and approval. Exactly, local administration service center is a new type of functions organization in prefecture-level cities which is responsible for centralized management, coordination and supervision.In this paper, analysis and case studies in political science research methods combined, there should be Prefecture-level cities in the base of Anhui administrative services, get help from the data on Local administration service center for public service efficacy status systematic analysis to find the existing problems and their causes, and to further reflect on public service performance improvement measures.Firstly, this paper described the research background of this problem, research significance, methods and definition of related concepts.
