This study is supposed to approach the dimensions of the enterprise staff's concept of face, describe the situation of the enterprise staff's concept of face and the related behavior, provides the reference suggestion for the business management.Analyse the structure and of the enterprise staff's concept of face through the literature and theoretical discussion; establishment questionnaire'items according to open questionnaire survey and related literature material; investigated enterprise staffs who come from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong etc.;use SPSS 18.0 and the LISREL8.70 software processing data, mainly select statistical methods on item analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, test the questionnaire's reliability and validity, explore the dimension enterprise staff's concept of face, use t-test and variance analysis compare the concept of face of enterprise staff in different dimensions.From the results,1.The questionnaire include 73 items,37 items are involved in having-face questionnaire and 36 items are related to having-no-face, the questionnaire has favorable reliability and validity.2.The questionnaire is composed of ten factors, such as ethics quality, behavior style, ability and achievement, Identity fame, interpersonal relation, appearance, violation of laws, among these, violation of laws is only belongs to having-no-face questionnaire.3.The feeling of having-no-face is deeper of having-face.4.The enterprise staff attach different importance to each factor of the concept of face. To be more specific, they take ability and achievement, Identity fame for the most significant factors in the having-face questionnaire, and violation of laws in the having no face questionnaire. There is a significant difference in the concept of face on Gender, age, education and position.5.Enterprise staff's concept of face lead to face behaviors, which are related to corporate culture.Therefore,it is significance of researching enterprise staff's concept of face. Real ize the different concept of staff's, management work will more smoothly.
