Study On People's Supervisor System

As a newborn things which representing the developing direction of the reform of prosecutorial system, people's supervisor system is of great significance by promoting the people's procuratorial organs to fully perform their duties through legal supervision power authorized by the Constitution. The people's supervisor system which piloted nationally in October 2003, has achieved good results and won recognition and praise from all walks of lives. People's supervisor system is an innovation to deepen external oversight mechanisms. People's supervisor system which limits the abuse of power and plays an irreplaceable active role in promoting a just law enforcement, is a democratic supervision procedure adding into the current procuratorial system. We should summarize the experiences of the relevant legislative program as soon as possible, and put people's supervisor system into the legislative process in order to promote our prosecutorial system. This article provides superficial knowledge and attitude towards people's supervisor system, and gives some suggestions and recommendations to those leaders and comrades who are enthusiastic to the judicial reform and China's procuratorial cause by reference.
