How The Secular And Rational Men Compose Rule Of Law Society?

My thesis is committed to research how the secular and rational men compose rule of law society. And this thesis takes the method of combining theory and practice about rule of law. I think we should put human as the logical starting point when we think the problem of the rule of law. Especially in China, we must understand the human in China, I define them the secular and rational men.My thesis Contains four chapters as follows:Chapter One reveals the plight of the modern rule of law and then elicits the secular and rational men. In ancient and modern there are different point of view about rule of law. And then create different form of society. If we hope our society has a good order, this society can not be rule of men society. Chinese society's real situation can not help to promote the modern rule of law. In fact, the mode of the rule of law is taking place, which should be rule of law society composing by the secular and rational men.Chapter Two introduces social practice, concepts and features about rule of law society composing by the secular and rational men. In this chapter you can know what is rule of law society composing by the secular and rational men and which order does it has.Chapter three cases to further demonstrate the secular and rational men by two specific cases. One case happened in Small town in northeast of China, the case forces on disputes between villagers and the traffic police. Another case is about WangHai who is called hero in protecting consumer rights by law.Chapter four reveals the limitations of rule of law society composing by the secular and rational men. The humans in this society has less ideal about society, so rule of law society composing by the secular and rational men must be has limitations. While we should do our best to achieve the ideal society ruled by law.
