Study On Legal System Of Self-governance Of Stock Index Futures Exchange

ABSTRACT:The exchange of stock index futures provides a place for futures trading and supervises the futures trading. Futures Exchange, as a locale and operation center for stock index futures, plays a pivotal role in promoting the healthy development of futures market. The research focuses on the legal self-governance system, which is more direct and microcosmic to seek the relevant countermeasures. It is truly to improve the self-governance of China Financial Futures Exchange and the futures market.This thesis firstly mainly centers on the concepts and theories relevant to the stock index futures with its risk and necessary exchange self-governance analyzed. Secondly discusses the sources of self-governance power, the ways and contents of self-governance. Thirdly analyses the self-governance of foreign stock index futures exchanges, from which we can combine with the situation of our country and learn advanced experience. Finally makes several proposals for the perfection of the self-governance system of China Financial Futures Exchange. It will have a great practical significance to balance the right of securities regulatory agencies and the exchange, and it also has a great benefit to the investors and futures market.
