On The New Central Collective Leadership's Theoretical Of Building A Marxist Learning Party

The Fourth Session of the Seventeenth CPC Central Committee clearly sets the major strategic task of"building a Marxist learning party", which is a new idea first proposed by our party in history, and it is a strategic decision based on the deep understanding of the historical and fresh building experience of our party, reflecting high degree of awareness and a clear grasp on the pulse of the times and the new requirements of party building under the new situation. Therefore, in the practice development of the new situation and environment, based on the new theory, we face the new subject of building a Marxist learning party. Studying the theoretical contributions to Marxist learning party of the new central collective leadership becomes highlights and hot spots.This paper uses the methods of the combination of historical materialism and dialectical, history and logic unification, integration of theory with practice to study the theoretic origin of building the Marxist learning party put forward by the new central collective leadership and analyze the importance and necessity of building a Marxist learning party.
