The cases about non-delivery at the Port of destination are augmenting. Researches on the matter are very Practical and immediate significance for safeguarding international trading and the interests of the persons involved.This thesis relates the problems in our maritime law By theoretical and empirical research .It has three parts:The first part relates the general situation of Non- Taking delivery of Goods at the Port of Destination.The next part analyzes the problems that lead to a lot of troubles when the persons involved take measures to safeguarde their right in our maritimme law.The last part brings forward the legal suggestion for solving the problem .
