PICC (Principles of International Commercial Contracts) and CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods) are among the important international regulations on international sale contract, because PICC rules the international commercial contracts, which definitely includes international sale contract; CISG is the particular regulation on the international sales of goods. Delivery of goods is the basic obligation featuring international sale contract, so to analyze it in PICC and CISG is possible and reasonable. Considering the problem of CISG on delivery of goods in international sale contract, the author suggests that the contract should recognize the application of PICC and CISG all together, to make the inspiring regulations of PICC provide a supplement to CISG.
