China's anti-monopoly law was introduced on August 30,2007. It provides for the establishment of the State Anti-Monopoly Committee, which is responsible for organizing, coordinating, guiding anti-monopoly work, but does not specify a specific law enforcement agency. However, due to the short implementation time of anti-monopoly law, antitrust law enforcement agencies still exist in the defect. They are the anti-monopoly functions of the Commission need to strengthen, long lack of coordination of law enforcement mechanisms, the absence of antitrust and other specialized agencies. From the United States, Germany, Japan and other countries set the terms anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies, antitrust enforcement agencies have a high degree of independence, absolute authority, law enforcement and other common characteristics of experts. China anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies in improving the time should adhere to the independence and authority, coordination of checks and balances, judicial remedies as a last principle.With its own characteristics and the anti-monopoly law in China's political and economic development and anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies, feasibility, can be improved in the following areas of antitrust law enforcement agencies:SAIC, as China will be counter-monopoly law enforcement agencies; relevant departments set up a special anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies; specialized agencies should promptly complete set of rules and regulations and its implementation details; Scientifically anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies and between the industry regulator Custody.
