Justice is always an eternal goal that the people are in pursue of. Rawls has provided a good theoretical construction and idea for justice, but feminists criticize the Rawls's justice thought as well as the traditional justice theory from the feminist point view, and then put forward their own request of justice. This issue is worth discussing and reflecting for us to build the gender equality and a harmonious society. The first part of the article discusses the thought of difference principle in Rawls, explains some evaluations to his difference principle in academic circle, and hackles the development process of thought about equality and difference in feminism. The second part stand on feminist point to narrate the feminist's demands for justice, to express their challenges to the foundation of Rawls's justice thought, and their reflect on flaws of the difference principle.Part three makes the Rawls's defenses of the criticism and chanllenge, or perhaps I can say this part is my response and defense that stands on Rawls's standpoint. The forth part points out the dilemma that the feminists face in their own process of pursuing the justice. I will take the caring ethics as an example to display their endeavor of getting rid of the dilemma. This article discusses arguments about the justice theory between Rawls and the feminists, aims to understand the goal of person's full achievement and society's harmonious development. By this discussion, we can project the justice plan of the feminist, request the special caring to female and the least advantaged groups, promote the comprehensive and the multi-dimensional justice system, even promote a philosophical reflection on the construction of a justice society and the harmonious social development.
