The Research On Legal Problem Of The Labor Union Legal Person

China is a socialist nation. Proletarian is the leading class. Maintaining and developing the interest of proletarian is the responsibility of the society, the Communist Party of China, and the nation. Workers and farmers are the majorities of people. Thus, maintaining and developing the interest of worker s and farmers are also maintaining and developing the interest of people. Labor Unions, who represent the interest of proletarian has been playing important role to maintain the interest of Chinese workers since its born. But, under the great atmosphere of economic opening and new market economy, our Labor Unions are obviously unadoptable. The system and organization of Labor Unions are impossible to desire the demand of contemporary labor interest. How should we reform the organization of Labor Unions in order to adopt social, economic changes.In this research, the perspective of Legal Person of Labor Union will be used to analyze the establishment of legal person, the civil legal rights, the civil responsibilities, the managing system of legal person.
