Content: Human rights problems are not only a hot social problem which is concerned by people nowadays, but also a very sensitive topic in the international community .It has certain universality, involving all aspects of the field.,In my opinion, it's more realistic and practical to discuss human rights problem in a specific field. What is called criminal interrogation, the meaning it is to point to in criminal lawsuit exercise state public power of specialized organ and its personnel has sinned already according to legal procedures with words facts about way to ask the criminal suspects and defendants, litigation actions that in order to make them state. In our country, the interrogation refers to the public security organs, state security organs and people's procuratorates investigators to find out the truth, the fact of the case in accordance with the criminal suspect to heckle to get the real statement and palliative investigation activities. In our country's criminal procedure law in the seventh detection behavior, interrogating a criminal suspect is the only necessary procedure, which is enough to prove its important position in the case of the investigation process. The system is set in order to protect people's rights , but as to its own unique properties and characteristics, the problem that violating criminal suspects rights is emerging increasingly in the process of implementing the system .The interrogation human rights protection in the field of human rights, is a part of human rights, belonging to the judicial listed. It is not speaking the general meaning of human rights and human rights protection, but showing the specific objectives and interrogation involved range of the human rights protection in the interrogation. These article treys to provide some available advice for our country criminal human rights protection problem of progress and development by comparing the interrogation between China and the UK in the criminal investigation interrogation system and human rights idea.Apart from the foreword of this article totally includes three parts as follows:The first part of the thesis introduces the basic problem about the criminal investigation interrogation system and human rights production, including the relationship between the both human rights protection in interrogation of the objects and contents of the interrogation and the possibilities of human rights.Human rights protection of the criminal investigation interrogation puts the human rights protection problem into the field of the will of criminal interrogation such a specific to be discussed , we must be clear about the human rights and this specific area of relationship in this field, and human rights protection object and content of human rights protection, and what is the possibility in this field. I have made a detailed discussion in the first part of this thesis for these problems.The second part of the thesis, beginning with the UK's criminal investigation interrogation system, and then discussing the two countries in the system rules of criminal investigation in China and different in the interrogation system for our country in this loophole, perfecting the legal system after during attack these system vulnerabilities laid a foundation.Secondly in both countries starting point of the concept of human rights, analyzing the concept of two countries in human rights differences. Both system and human rights in the idea of the differences in the two countries led to criminal investigation interrogation activities of human rights situation is different.The third part of the thesis, according to the differences between China and the UK in system, human rights idea differences, contacting the actual situation in our country, our criminal interrogation for the protection of human rights work progress and development in China, some suggestions hope from perfecting relevant system and vigorously developing human rights education in such aspects as promoting interrogation, the criminal work guaranteeing human rights progress.This article makes human rights problem as to be the breakthrough point,wishing to provide some advice for our country's criminal human rights protection problem ,by analyzing the criminal investigation interrogation that is such a specific human rights protection in the field of analyzing problems.
