Speed snatch is very savage from south-east coastal cities to all over the country, and is paid attention by government organs and the society now. Such cases occur at a high incidence. Analyze problems existed in attacking speed snatch according to Criminal Law and related legal interpretations based on its quality of foreign Criminal Laws, and integrate our realties. There is a great theoretical and realistic significance to further study on legal quality and legislative improvement.There are four parts except its preface and conclusion.The first part is to analyze present situations. Continent law system and case law system on it, foreign countries'experience and enlightenment are introduced The fourth one is to explain legal counter-measure research. At first, constitution of seizing crime in criminal law is perfected. For example, relatively large is a condition of penalty, while aggravated consequence crime should be defined as crime of robbery. Then its perfection of legal interpretation is explained, such as perfection of seizing and robbery crime.
