I find the research is mainly combined with ISP98 rules and the convention, there are few papers from the UCP600 discuss the standby letter of credit. The author thinks that,UCP600 is an international practice to adjust the letter of credit, and standby letter of credit is one of the letter of credit, so nUCP600 apply to standby letter of credit, However, international have more attention to the ISP98 rules, and little from UCP600 ar to study the standby letter of credit, there are a lot of UCP600 art reflects characteristics of the standby letter of credit rules, so I study the standby letter of credit in UCP600. According to the provisos of UCP600 provisions, combining ISP98 rules about the provisions of the standby letter of credit, this paper mainly discusses the basic law of standby letter of credit. Study the nature of UCP600 and the theory of the standby letter of credit. Through combined with the study of the theory of standby letter of credit and the provision of UCP600, analysis about general study of UCP600 and the rules about review the documents, And studied with the corresponding fraud risk prevention, and from the legislation of our country shall be perfected.
