Along with the rapid development of Internet technology, the network has been integrated into most areas of human life. Similar to other science and technology, the network has not only brought the numerous well-beings for people, but also appeared problems and disputes. For dealing with these disputes, more and more legal matters need to be placed in the network environment to reconsider and to solve. In a variety of network-related judicial cases, intellectual property cases take up the overwhelming majority. In the field of intellectual property law, the infringement of Internet copyright is very prominent, and the solution to the problem is directly related to the legitimate interests of copyright holders, the enthusiasm of original work produced, and the healthy development of China's Internet industry. The purpose of writing this article is summarizing various types of networks to copyright infringement, and analyzing the responsibility of infringement, in order to solve the problem of copyright infringement networks and to provide references for the legal profession. The research method is:Firstly, By exploring the origins of Internet Copyright, to get a preliminary understanding of the concept and significance of the Internet Copyright; by comparing the Internet copyright to traditional copyright to find the unique nature of Internet Copyright. Secondly, the article discusses the classification of the various network copyright infringements. The method is firstly by introducing the basic concepts of various types of infringement to achieve a preliminary understanding of the purpose of tort type, and through the list of cases relating to the various help types of species to have a better understanding of infringement, some issues uses a comparison means of national laws. This section focuses on the right to network dissemination of information of various types of infringement; infringement of the main classification principle is based on the difference, including today's more popular search engine. BBS services, video services and P2P services. Finally, this paper analyzes various types of liability. The method is firstly summarizing the general principle of network copyright infringement liability and its exception, then analyzing the network application of the law of copyright and related problems based on tort law, finally I make a specific analysis on the various types of tort liability one by one.
