Xinjiang special geographical location and natural environment plays an important role in the country, climate, drought, water shortage, desert vegetation, sand hazards are the general characteristics of its ecosystem. The ecological environment is extremely fragile and unstable, difficult to recover once damaged. With the growth of the population in Xinjiang and economic development, environment protection and development of the contradiction between the increasingly prominent, to alleviate this problem, implemented in some areas of Xinjiang ecological migration policy..In the article, Xinjiang Ecological Migration Policy for the study, by analyzing the characteristics of ecological migrants in Xinjiang, the type and the way the resettlement, and found the existence of ecological problems in the resettlement project and to Fuhai County and Emin county as a case analysis the implementation of the basic ecological factors of immigration policy, and finally from the reality in Xinjiang, the Xinjiang region by improving the ecological resettlement policy measures and suggestions.Around these problems, mainly from three aspects, first of all immigrants to Xinjiang in ecological background, characteristics and types of ecological migrants are analyzed, mainly in the introduction and first chapter. The main types of ecological migrants in Xinjiang are spontaneous migration and planning ecological ecological migration, voluntary and involuntary migration ecology of ecological migrants, part of the overall migration migration migration and ecology of ecological migrants, livestock turn agricultural type, feeding livestock type, non-farm no change in animal husbandry and industry-based eco-migration. Secondly, case studies, the influence of the factors that ecological migrants in Xinjiang and problems were analyzed. Xinjiang currently affecting the main factors of ecological migration policy planning, decision-making with reality is not enough, floating in the form of policy implementation, the main problem is not fully reflected in the preparation, planning and scientific, and other complementary policy measures ineffective. Finally, immigration policy in Xinjiang Ecological problems, mainly from the settlement surplus labor and ecological compensation point of view, put forward a sound immigration policy in Xinjiang Ecological strategies and recommendations.
