China was signed to join the United Nations Convention on Contract for the International Sale of Goods which was United Convention on Contracts (sell) of Goods provides other approach of International Convention, also known as "CISG (hereinafter referred to as the Convention)to one when some of the terms and conditions set out according to keep reservations at that time, the provisions of laws and the economic development environment and the International practice made at that time, these reserves is necessary, also in China's economic development plays a great role in promoting the promotion and economic situation, but now the diversification of change and trade and information update speed at information times makes some legal experts whether there are necessary to keep for questioned these content, produced a debate, but also some jurist and scholars think we should still retain these content. This article through case causes legal thinking namely China about this the convention, this article mainly reserved attitude to the analyzed of the convention on the first item reserve and the content of the second reserves, reserved reasons and some countries, so as to obtain comparative analysis of the shall be revoked if convention of the two reserve.The purpose of this study is based on the reasons, China's reserve content analysis of different attitude, concluded that China about this the convention for later reserved attitude in international trade, provide legal protection, avoid the confusion of applicable laws. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part, introduce the basic facts and focus. The second part, introduce the background and significance and some countries's attitudeof the CISG.The third part,introduce the other countries and China's the first reserve attitude towards CISG.The fourth part introduce the other contries and China's the second reserve attitude towards CISG.The fifth part,draw a conclusion from the statement.
