The System Barriers And Countermeasures To The Ability Construction Of Non-governmental Organization In China

The research on non-governmental organization is attracting more and more scholars' attention, which is an emerging, interdisciplinary field in modern society's science research. Its emerging and development are close to the enormous growth of various organizational forces and associated with the diversification and complication of the international community and all countries. As it was, non-governmental organization is not only an increasingly common social phenomenon, but also a research topic with fruitful output.Non-governmental organization ability is inadequate in China, so the ability construction is in emergency. In China's current conditions, the system environment on organizational capacity building is very important. The existing research is lacking in analysis of various political system and organizational management and development which NGO has to face. Especially the analysis of how the institutional environment can affect organizational ability is not discussed deeply. So, based on the initial phase of ability construction of non-governmental organizations in governance research, combined with legal policy perspective and organizational management perspective, this article is to systematically analyze the system environment which affects organizational ability construction, and discuss in which aspects the formal institutional environment limits the organizational capacity building. And on this basis the corresponding countermeasures and solutions are put forward trying to promote healthy and rapid development of non-governmental organization.
