The Effectiveness Of Inter-Firm Analysis Of The Loan Contract

In this paper, inter-enterprise loans on existing laws and regulations and judicial interpretation of a comprehensive analysis, to invoke the law and accountability from both the analysis of judicial practice, the difference of dealing with such cases, from the law, legal and environmental dimensions of the legal system on the effectiveness of loan contracts between enterprises conducted in-depth analysis.
